Rapid Recovery Upload Logs

These are the setups to create a log bundle for a Rapid Recovery Core.

  1. Login into your Rapid Recovery Server

  2. Browse to the following folder: “C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\CoreService\InfoGatheringTool”

  3. Find the InfoGatheringTool.UI.exe file, Right-Click the file and ‘Run as Administrator’

  4. Click Accept a the bottom

  5. Check the the option to ‘Make a local archive with gathered info’

  6. Click OK

  7. The Info Gathering Tool will generate a log bundle that can be uploaded/emailed/sent.
